To arrange an appointment, please contact us to discuss your animal's current needs, and if applicable obtain the Vet Referral Form to be completed and signed by your vet and schedule your first appointment.

Vet referral forms are not required in all cases (such as for TTouch consultations or fitness training) but will be welcomed should you or your Vet wish to provide pertinent medical information or feedback.
